Let me introduce myself: I’m Nicola Marconi and I’ve thought of Le Terrezze for your relaxation

I have always been aware, and also proud, of living in a special area: for its natural beauties, its charming lakeside villages and the evidence of a long and fascinating history. This is the reason why I built these four villas embraced by greenery, to share the uniqueness of Lake Garda with the guests who will choose Le Terrazze.
