😊Everything. A great location near the lake in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a stay with a small child. The bedroom had a decent crib. The property is large and spacious, with a private terrace and lake views. Private entrances to each cottage. All appliances are new and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped. Thoughtful smart home solutions. Free parking for guests outdoors, but under a shelter. A swimming pool with a jacuzzi, loungers, and a shower. 😒I have no major complaints. For families with small children, there is no high chair.

😊Very clean villa and site, pool was lovely and never too busy sharing with others. Great location, a short drive to local towns and theme parks. Plenty of restaurants and take aways close by as well as the beach. Watching the sunset on an evening from the villa was beautiful. 😒The beds were very firm and it would have been good to have had extra pillows and a blanket/extra sheets.

😊Dream villas in a small, tastefully furnished residential complex, with a pool, sunbathing areas, and panoramic lake views. Nicola and his parents are simply incredibly friendly and attentive hosts. A vacation just what you could hope for, highly recommended (and above all, the villas are super clean, modern, and new). I highly recommend this small estate of four villas: we'll definitely be back!

A dream accommodation on Lake Garda – highly recommended! We had a truly wonderful stay at Le Terrazze Di Lazise and can absolutely recommend it. The location alone is fantastic: Lake Garda is just a few minutes' walk away, Movieland is within walking distance, and Gardaland is about a 5-minute drive. A Lidl supermarket is also only about 6 minutes away by car – perfect for everyday needs. As for the complex itself, I can only say: fantastic! The four spacious houses are modern, high-quality, and furnished with great attention to detail. It really has almost everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All rooms are air-conditioned, and there's also a smart TV, fast internet/Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dishwasher, and much more. The absolute highlight for us, however, was the huge pool. With its adjustable jets and whirlpool area, it's not only perfect for cooling off but also for relaxing. We especially loved the evening lighting of the complex and the pool – it creates a truly wonderful atmosphere for relaxing at the end of the day. The parking situation is also excellent. There are six parking spaces available upstairs, which is perfectly adequate for the four houses. The parking spaces are also conveniently located right next to the complex. If there's anything I could possibly miss, it would be an oven in the kitchen. Otherwise, the amenities are truly comprehensive and leave little to be desired. Special praise goes to Nicola. Communication with him was very professional, friendly, and straightforward from the start. As a guest, you feel well taken care of and can tell that a pleasant stay is a priority. Our conclusion: A beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained complex in a superb location. We were particularly impressed by the pool, the amenities, and the proximity to the theme parks. We would return in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend Le Terrazze Di Lazise! Le Terrazze is highly recommended! We had a fantastic holiday with our family. The cottage is perfect and fully equipped. The location is superb; it couldn't be better situated. It is quietly located yet very central. Nico is a perfect host and is always available. The swimming pool is a great added value. We had a wonderful time in the accommodation. 🥰 Everything was very clean and stylishly decorated, just what you'd expect for a relaxing vacation. We felt welcome from the start and were able to truly enjoy our days here. A really nice place, in beautiful surroundings, in an area that was secluded from roads and campsites. The place is made of good and well-maintained materials. The house felt very safe and secure. Really good climate, easy to keep cool. Nice to have your own washing machine with soap for that. There is super good covered parking with space for a larger car. The pool area is clean and nice, with hot and cold shower water. A nice heated pool. Unfortunately, we never found a way to the lake on foot, as the area around is with closed roads or campsites. But it is easy to park close to the lake. We will definitely come back again

We'll be back!! The villa is superbly equipped, clean, and modern. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely book with Nicola again! The location is perfect – a fantastic view of the lake, quiet yet close to everything you need. We traveled with our 1.5-year-old daughter, and another positive point worth mentioning – each house is fenced and has a small courtyard – perfect for little ones… Thank you for the wonderful time!

We were a family of four with our children, ages 18 and 16. From the warm and welcoming reception and excellent service from Nicola, to the spotlessly clean and brand-new accommodation, to the sensational location overlooking the lake, everything was perfect. We stayed in villa number 3. It's superbly equipped and the location is very quiet. The shared pool is available all day. Everything is incredibly easy. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

We had a brilliant stay. The property is brand new, very spacious and we loved the pool and views of the lake. Nicola wa 😊The apartment was spotless, spacious and everything was new. The views of the lake were beautiful and we spent hours with the children in the swimming pool. 😒Nothing, it was all brilliant.

😒The only downside at the moment is that there is a construction site in front of the property.

The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5. Nicola was very responsive to our questions - even delivering extra pillows within a few hours of requesting them. The location is fantastic for the theme parks and exploring the lake. Pool and garden were wonderful - as was the view. There is building work very close by at the moment but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodation, the spacious parking, and the swimming pool were in perfect order. All instructions were clear, and everything was present as described beforehand. It was also the perfect base for fun excursions. Communication with the host was also flawless. They responded very quickly. The only thing that caused a bit of a shock was the construction work right behind the accommodation, which was a nuisance when we wanted to sit quietly on our terrace. This is obviously temporary, and it wouldn't stop us from going back! Thanks for everything.

The shared pool was clean and very pleasant, perfect for relaxing. The host was also always available and responded quickly and kindly to our requests. We definitely recommend the accommodation!
