The villa also includes a double bedroom, a room with two single beds (which can be joined to have a second double bedroom) and a modern bathroom with a window, designed with refined finishes, to make every moment of your stay special.

The outdoor space is furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for open-air breakfasts and pleasant relaxing moments: from here, you will be just a few steps away from diving into the pool!

Tourist tax:
Please be informed that the local tourist tax set by the Municipality of Lazise (€1.20 per person per night, free for children under 14 years old) is not included in the booking total and must be paid in cash upon arrival or departure.

Please note that from 1 March 2026, this villa is being offered at a reduced rate due to a building site adjacent to the villa, where work began in February 2026. The construction work may cause noise during the day and partially obstruct the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Work takes place exclusively on weekdays and on Saturday mornings. During working hours, lorries and other vehicles travelling to and from the building site may use the access road to the residence.

To ensure maximum transparency, this information is provided prior to booking. Therefore, once the booking has been confirmed, no complaints or requests for refunds relating to any inconvenience caused by the ongoing works will be accepted.
